Abstract: The primary purpose of this research is to investigate the connection that exists between different types of leadership and how well private companies in Erbil deal with times of crisis. In order to accomplish the objectives of this research project, a quantitative approach was used. Six hundred thirty individuals responded to the survey, making the total number of participants. According to the findings, charismatic leadership proved to be the most valuable of all the other forms of leadership. According to the findings of the study, charismatic leadership has been subjected to increased scrutiny over the past few decades, and the growth plans of businesses typically require revision while facing a crisis. The findings of the current study will serve as a guide for government agencies, notably private firms in Erbil, in the process of selecting individuals who are capable of charismatic leadership in times of crisis.
