The International Journal of English Language, Education and Literature Studies (IJEEL) follows an editorial process designed to promote scholarly quality, originality, fairness, transparency, and academic integrity. The journal publishes original research in English language, literature, education, humanities, social sciences, and related interdisciplinary areas within its scope.
Editorial decisions are based primarily on the scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, clarity, and contribution of a manuscript. Editorial decisions should not be influenced by the author's nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, personal characteristics, political views, religious beliefs, or other irrelevant considerations.
Submitted manuscripts may undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine whether they fall within the scope of IJEEL and meet the journal's basic requirements for scholarly quality, originality, structure, language, and publication ethics.
Manuscripts that are substantially outside the journal's scope, fail to meet essential submission requirements, contain serious ethical concerns, or do not demonstrate sufficient scholarly quality may be declined before external peer review.
IJEEL follows a double-blind peer-review process, under which appropriate measures are taken to maintain the anonymity of authors and reviewers during the review process.

Reviewers are selected based on their subject expertise, research experience, availability, and suitability for evaluating the submitted manuscript. The editorial team may seek additional reviewers or editorial advice when required.
Individuals with a potential conflict of interest should not participate in the review or editorial decision-making process for the relevant manuscript.
Manuscripts submitted to IJEEL are treated as confidential documents during the editorial and peer-review process. Editors and reviewers must not disclose information about submitted manuscripts except to individuals appropriately involved in the evaluation and publication process.

Where serious ethical or research-integrity concerns are established, the journal may issue an expression of concern or retract the affected article in accordance with its Retraction Policy.
Editors are expected to act fairly, objectively, and professionally throughout the editorial process. They must respect confidentiality, manage conflicts of interest, safeguard the integrity of peer review, and take appropriate action when publication-ethics concerns are identified.
IJEEL seeks to maintain a transparent and responsible editorial process that supports high-quality scholarly communication. The journal may periodically review and update its editorial policies to reflect developments in scholarly publishing, research ethics, and best practices in academic journal management.
