The International Journal of English Language, Education and Literature Studies (IJEEL) is committed to promoting responsible, transparent, and ethically conducted research. The journal expects authors to comply with recognized principles of research integrity and to ensure that research involving individuals, institutions, communities, data, or other potentially sensitive subjects is conducted responsibly.
Authors must conduct research honestly and responsibly. Research findings must be reported accurately, and authors must not fabricate, falsify, manipulate, selectively omit, or otherwise misrepresent data, methods, results, or conclusions.
Authors should maintain appropriate research records and supporting materials and should be able to provide relevant information when reasonably requested during editorial assessment or an investigation.
Research involving human participants should be conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards, institutional requirements, and relevant laws and regulations. Where required, authors should obtain appropriate approval from an institutional ethics committee or review board before conducting the research.
Where applicable, informed consent should be obtained from participants and appropriate measures should be taken to protect privacy, confidentiality, and personal information.
Authors must protect confidential or personally identifiable information obtained during research. Personal information should not be included in a manuscript unless there is an appropriate ethical and legal basis for doing so.
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made meaningful scholarly contributions to the research and manuscript. All listed authors should approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission and publication.
Individuals who have contributed to the work but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be appropriately acknowledged where relevant.
Authors should disclose financial, professional, personal, institutional, or other relationships that could reasonably influence the research or its interpretation. Editors and reviewers should similarly disclose conflicts that could affect their impartiality.
Authors should disclose sources of financial or material support for the research where applicable. Any role played by a funding organization in the design, conduct, analysis, interpretation, or reporting of the research should be transparently stated.
IJEEL does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate manipulation of research materials, or other forms of academic misconduct. Authors are expected to comply with the journal's plagiarism, AI content, authorship, and publication-ethics policies.
Where ethical concerns are identified before or after publication, IJEEL may request clarification or supporting documentation from the authors. Depending on the seriousness of the concern, the journal may reject a manuscript, issue a correction or expression of concern, retract a published article, or take other appropriate action.
The journal may communicate serious ethical concerns to an author's affiliated institution or other appropriate authority where necessary to protect the integrity of the scholarly record.
IJEEL encourages researchers to maintain the highest standards of honesty, transparency, accountability, respect for participants, and responsible stewardship of research data and intellectual property.
